Features: All MusicMasters pre-owned pianos have been thoroughly inspected and prepared for sale. Each piano has been tuned to A-440, regulated, repaired, and/or reconditioned, and voiced as necessary prior to sale. Most MusicMasters
pianos even include their original matching bench.
Payment: A 10% refundable downpayment is required to temporarily hold an instrument. However, the remaining balance due must be paid before delivery. We accept only guaranteed funds for any out of town transactions: cash, money order, cashier/bank checks, or PayPal via bank account only (no credit cards please). We accept personal checks from local Austin banks only. Please make all checks/money orders payable to: BRIAN HENSELMAN. All prices listed above do not include sales tax and are subject to the local sales tax rate of 8.25%.
Delivery: All MusicMasters pianos include normal local (Austin) first floor delivery. Entry steps, staircases, and additional stories cost extra (call for details). All pianos purchased from MusicMasters also receive a complimentary A-440 aural concert tuning within 30 days after delivery. Pianos should then be tuned every six months.
Warranty: Unless otherwise indicated, all MusicMasters pianos include a local Austin-Area one-year parts and labor warranty starting from the date of delivery. If a part should fail during normal use, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge during this period.
Trade-in: Full trade-in value (original price paid minus sales tax, wear/damage, and delivery costs) will be given for instruments purchased from MusicMasters toward the purchase of future instruments from MusicMasters.
