New Pianos and Used Pianos for Sale in Austin, Texas

Payment: A 10% refundable downpayment is required to temporarily hold an instrument. However, the remaining balance due must be paid before delivery. We accept cash, money orders, cashier/bank checks, and/or major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card). All New Hallet, Davis and Kingsburg Pianos include credit card processing fees at no additional charge. We accept personal checks from local Austin banks only. Please make all checks/money orders payable to: BRIAN HENSELMAN. All prices listed do not include sales tax and are subject to the local sales tax rate of 8.25%.

Delivery: All MusicMasters pianos include free normal local (Austin) first floor delivery. Entry steps, staircases, and additional stories cost extra.

Warranty: Unless otherwise indicated, all MusicMasters pre-owned pianos include a 5-year parts and labor warranty starting from the date of delivery. As per our warranty, if a part should fail during normal use, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge during this period. Annual tunings by Brian Henselman are required to qualify for free warranty extensions (up to 5 years total). All Hallet, Davis will receive a factory 10-Year Limited Warranty and all Kingsburg Pianos will receive a factory 12-Year Limited Warranty.

Trade-in: We generally do not accept trade-ins as very few pianos pass our high resale standards. However, for up to 5 years after the date of purchase, we offer FULL TRADE-UP VALUE (original price paid minus damage, and extra delivery costs, i.e. mileage or stairs) for any well maintained MusicMasters piano toward the purchase of a new MusicMasters piano that costs at least twice the original purchase price.
