Kawai's US-50 Professional Studio Upright Pianos are one of Kawai's best kept secrets. However, US-50 class pianos are big, so if space space is a premium, then you want Kawai's US-5X. Our US-5X pictured below is in superb condition. It has been tuned, regulated, and polished for sale.

This High Gloss Polished Ebony piano is in superb mechanical and cosmetic condition and plays beautifully. At only 23" deep, this is a compact design that is a full 3" narrower (front to back than it's bigger US-50 sibling). However, At 48.5" tall, this piano decimates the Yamaha U1 series in features, performance, and elegance.

The action is a medium touch with a warm tone that is even throughout all registers. One unique feature of the Kawai US-5X Family of pianos is it's full size music desk (no flip-down desk here). Kawai's US-5X is the only 48" Studio Upright with a grand piano style music desk and fallboard I have ever seen.

This is a very clean piano with no wear. It has a factory installed practice mute and even includes a new matching adjustable bench.
